Every VIGIL incident alert provides the camera, timestamp, video preview, before-and-after context, the detected event, and the system's confidence or uncertainty — not a bare notification.
Different cameras have different rules. An activity that is normal at noon may require attention at 3 AM. Configure monitoring by property, camera, zone, day, time, and event type.
VIGIL detects the signal. The team makes the decision. It should not automatically decide that someone is dangerous, suspicious, or committing a crime. It surfaces observable events. Operators review the evidence.
